1 – Use the worksheet to brain dump your tasks for the day.
2 – Number the tasks by priority.
3 – Organise your tasks into the 30/60 minute time blocks. Make sure you’re being realistic about how long your tasks will take and put your highest priority tasks first.
4 – Turn your cube so that the 30 or 60 is facing up and work hard on your tasks in that time block until the timer goes off.
5 – Turn your cube so that the 5 is facing up and take a much deserved break!
6 – When your timer goes off again, turn your cube back to 30/60 and get to work on your next block of tasks. Remember to take a longer break after your 3rd time block – 15 minutes or 30 minutes depending on whether you worked in 30 minute or 60 minute blocks.
7 – Rinse and repeat until your tasks are finished for the day!
