Our process


1. Book your spot

Book your spot for your chosen package & pay the 50% deposit.

2. Brand Questionnaire

Next we will send our brand questionnaire document to fill out and return to us. This is essential to helping us understand your business and ideal client.

3 – Pinterest board

This is used for us to both see what visuals, colours, fonts you see for your new brand. We will set this up for you and send a link when we welcome you onboard.

4. Personal Brand Coaching Session

Lala will get in contact to organize your personal brand coaching session to get to know you and get into the nitty-gritty of your new brand. This is approximately 1 hour online via Zoom.

5. Brand strategy

After your coaching session with Lala. We will put together an in-depth brand strategy document where we research your industry, your competitors, your ideal client, and your design styles.

6. Mood Boards

We will present 2 mood boards for you to choose from that will represent your brand’s overall look and feel. Included in 1 set of revisions.

7. Logo design ideas

Based on the coaching session and the mood board you have picked. We then start with the primary logo design. We present a document of variations of the first draft of your new logo. This will start off in black and white to make sure it looks good and will work without colour. There are 2 revisions included in this stage.

8. Colour Logo Ideas

Once you have selected your chosen logo design. Next stage is to design and present to you, in full colour, the rest of your branding visuals – colours, fonts, secondary and sub logos. You have 2 revisions included in this stage.

9. Touch Points

Once you have selected your winning colour logo concepts and if your package includes extras like social media templates business cards etc. . This is what we design and present next to you. Options to chose from for each touch point included in your package. You have 2 revisions included in this stage.

10. Final Approval

One last check of your entire new brand, and your approval to finalize it.

11. Handover

Your remaining balance is invoiced for payment, once paid. We will handover all your files. (within 2 working days) into a Dropbox. An email is sent with a link, and you have 1 month to download your files. We also included helpful extras like a “brand announcement pack” and “how use your logo and brand” guide. If you have purchased the Canva set up package, once we have your log in, this will be set up for you within 1 week. Please note – you must have Canva Pro set up for this service.

12. Printed items

If you have any printed items included in your package, we will send these to print. Please allow 2 weeks and shipping time.
